Reykjavik
Morning arrival at Keflavik Airport. Welcome to Iceland! Private luxury coach transfer with guide from airport to hotel for main group. After checking in transfer to Viking World for breakfast & tour. Continue on to Reykjavik afterwards and experience the Wonder of Iceland exhibition. Later on, after a rest at your hotel, private coach transfer to a local restaurant for Welcome dinner.

Myvatn
This morning your private coach will transfer group to Reykjavik domestic airport for short flight to Akureyri where you will be met by your guide for the day. Full day touring the breathtaking scenery & inspiring history of Trollaskagi and Siglufjorour. Sample local traditional fare in the Herring-Era Maritime Museum and some Icelandic schnapps before heading back to your hotel via the pretty fishing villages of Olafsfjorour and Dalvik.

Today, after your breakfast, enjoy another wonderful day of exploration in the Vatnajokull National Park, visit the fishing village of Husavik & the nearby whale watching centre. Later in the afternoon, stop by the amazing Dettifoss waterfall, the largest in Europe.

Today explore the volcanic wonderland of the Lake Myvatn region, a paradise for nature enthusiasts and bird watchers alike. Aboard your private coach, the guide will point out some of the areas used for Game of Thrones and Star Wars productions. Visit the famous Myvatn Nature Baths where you can relax in the azure geothermal lagoon & natural steam baths (towels provided!).

This morning the group returns to Rykjavik via short internal flight. Enroute to Akureyri airport is a stop at the beautiful Godafoss waterfall. Once back in Reykjavik your guide will meet you for a full day of sightseeing. You will enjoy the Golden Circle tour on the way to Selfoss, where you will experience Thingvellir National Park, Gullfoss (Golden) waterfall and geysers.

Your private tour today includes the stunning landscape of Iceland’s south coast, admission to the Lava & Volcano Exhibition, and (weather permitting) unforgettable views of the Hekla and Eyjafjallajokull volcanoes.
